The clients brief required a contemporary design which would, nevertheless compliment their Victorian stone house. The site consisted of a steep hillside with a woodland background.

Inspired by the clients holiday photos of a garden in Lanzarote a design evolved which combined white painted retaining walls, a minimalist water feature with formal pool and bold architectural planting.
